I just bought this book, and can’t wait to get stuck into it. I’ve formed a real interest in Gerrit Rietveld’s work and his contribution to the De Stijl movement. Although, so far, I find his concept of ‘function’ in the living space questionable, it’s still ruddy interesting. Food for thought.
